DUI/DWI COURT EVALUATION - HABITUAL OFFENDER
Provides an evaluation of an individual petitioning Circuit Court for restoration of driving privileges after adjudication as an habitual offender or after revocation of his/her operator's license for committing multiple offenses. Evaluation includes breath and urine tests, several interviews with client and client references, local, state, and FBI record checks, DMV record check, confirmation of payment of all fines and costs, and recommendation based on Virginia ASAP guidelines. Defendants are required to abstain from alcohol/drug use while in an ASAP program.

Organization Description: Offender funded probation program for the Circuit Court and General District Court which uses community and state services to reduce driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Identifies and provides appropriate services to offenders convicted of driving under the influence, or other substance abuse-related charges, as referred by the local courts.
